Have you ever felt guilty throwing away all of that perfectly good and deliciously tasty pickle brine? You know all that yummy pickle juice left over after you have guiltily eaten the last pickle? Well feel guilt no longer. Reuse that perfectly good left over pickle brine to make NEW PICKLES!
Simply purchase a few cucumbers (any type work – I like to buy pickling cucumbers). Cut them in the size and shape that you make enjoy. Add them to the left over pickle brine and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 week. After the cucumbers have soaked up all the yummy flavors of the pickle brine, you can begin eating and enjoying! Make sure to keep pickles refrigerated, and I recommend only re-purposing the pickle brine two times. Any more than twice and the brine starts to taste watered down.
